It was located near Kamunting. Besides it, and just across the main road were Lotus Supermarket and Taiping Sentral Mall. A bit further down is Aeon Mall. Hence, I like its location due to proximity to the town centre and also Kamunting. The family room for 3 pax was comfortable and quite spacy with a sofa. I love its liquid soap gel, which is a very nice fragrance. What I liked most was that they provided free biscuits inside the room i,e. Oreo & Julie's.

Great location. Opposite shopping mall & beside food court. Welcome staff very polite & helpful. Bathroom very big & very clean. Shower area with glass partition which is good. Clean bed linen & room condition. Shower gel & shampoo, tooth brush, shower cap & slipper provided. Coffee, microwave & safe box provided too. Parking at basement with security guard. Parking available at ground floor too if not occupied. Trolley provided (self service). Water filter provided at corridor & water bottle also provided in the room. Overall, well maintained hotel.

Location was really good hotel facilities was good, reception staff (indian girl) was really helpful, attentive. I have nothing to complaint at all for this hotel, as everything was good. Ample basement carpark for customer. It’s worth every penny. Definitely going to book this hotel again if I’m going to taiping in the future.

We already expected that the room might be a little smaller with the price that we paid. So we actually quite OK with it. The location very strategic as have lotus, taiping mall and aeon closer to the hotel. The hotel room was clean when we first enter.

The rooms that we stayed in were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for those making a short visit to Taiping. My family members enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and looking forward to another visit to Taiping with Sense Hotel as our home away from home. For the staff of the hotel, keep up the good work. Size and condition of the room is good. One of the best in Taiping. Location is unbeatable! Staff are friendly and helpful!

Room was spacious. Facilities was acceptable. Hot/cold water can be obtained from the machine in the hallway. The iron/ironing board is near to the lift lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Ample space for car park.

Stayed 2 nights in Sense. As usual the rooms were just nice for the 2 of us. And the toilet is v clean too. V convenient location as it's near many shops and eateries. Also there is a self service laundry downstairs. Just a note for improvement, maybe a jug to hold hot water in the room would b handy. Otherwise, overall v satisfied with my stay there.
